Estudio
Dentro de cada una de estas tres secciones se engloban diversas especialidades de igual importancia. También tenemos la posibilidad de colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de construcción y promoción de ZOI, lo cual nos permite desarrollar todo el proceso constructivo así como abarcar los proyectos de forma holística, coordinando todos los parámetros comprendidos en procesos de edificación, desde la fase de diseño hasta la terminación del mismo.
Nuestra red de profesionales a nivel internacional nos permite actuar de forma global, entendiendo nuestro trabajo de forma holística, además de mantener al estudio en continuo desarrollo, investigación, aprendizaje e innovación.
En el estudio contamos con un arquitecto LEED, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design. Se trata de un sistema de certificación de edificios sostenibles, desarrollado por el U.S. Green Building Council y el más reconocido internacionalmente. LEED Green Associate acredita a profesionales que han demostrado conocimiento de los principios y las prácticas del diseño y la construcción sostenible. También demuestra el conocimiento sobre procesos de certificación LEED mediante LEED Green Building Rating System para el apoyo del diseño, construcción, operación y mantenimiento de edificios y comunidades.

Outsourcing
ZOI ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERÍA desarrolla proyectos de comunicación que conectan la arquitectura con las empresas, organizando eventos, conferencias y concursos enfocados en sostenibilidad y valores empresariales. Además, diseñan estrategias de comunicación y estudios de mercado personalizados.
Colaboran con el American Institute of Architects (AIA) y el U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Entre sus proyectos destacan el Cosentino Design Challenge, un concurso internacional de diseño y arquitectura, y el SHAPE Sustainable Thinking Forum, que promueve el diálogo sobre sostenibilidad con expertos internacionales. También ofrecen servicios de diseño de imagen corporativa y branding para empresas.
